Heather has 10+ years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She also holds current certifications as an ACE Group Fitness Instructor, Certified Spinning Instructor, Certified Nutrition Coach (PN-1) through Precision Nutrition, and is certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross. Heather’s mission is to help others of all ages and abilities reach their personal health and fitness goals. Her goal is to motivate and encourage her clients to live a more positive, healthy and active lifestyle through physical fitness and healthy eating. Heather understands that each of her clients are unique and there is no one program that works for everyone. She takes pride in getting to know her clients and takes the time to create individualized programs for each one. Heather has spent the last 10 years competing in elite endurance obstacle course races where she found herself on thepodium 15 times in the masters division. Heather understands first hand the dedication and determination it takes to achieve goals.
