All group fitness classes are included in your membership. We offer over 120 classes a month from Full Body Strength, Barre, Mat Pilates, Just Stretch, Yoga, Hot Yoga, Bodyweight Strength, HIIT, Cardio & Core, Bootcamp, Butts & Guts, Nitro Ryde and more…
You can register up to 14 days in advance for classes. Please cancel yourself out of class if you are unable to attend so someone can take your spot. A no-show fee of $5 will be charged if you do not cancel.
