Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor
Beth teaches a variety of group fitness classes including: Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, Cardio Kickboxing, Core & More! Beth is committed to her own cardio and strength training and understands the importance of changing up your fitness routine to keep your body challenged. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” You can often find her doing burpees for fun.
She loves seeing clients make that physical and mental change when they start seeing results. It’s not always about the number on the scale, it’s about feeling confident and strong in your own skin.
Beth’s contagious energy, encouraging attitude, and love of fitness shines through in her unique teaching style. She looks forward to inspiring her clients on their health & wellness journey and having some fun along the way.
