Deborah Adkins
Trainer, Pilates Instructor
and Spinning Instructor
Certified now since 2005, my clients include young and old, hardcore athletes, and people that have never seen the inside of a gym or played a sport.
I train people with injuries, high blood pressure, people who want to lose weight, and those trying to tone and build muscle. Still others start training simply to get healthy, get in good shape, and stay there! The point is, ANYONE can make a change. No matter what your fitness goals are, I can design a workout personalized to help you achieve them. Over the past eight years I have come to understand how the body works and how it responds to training. Healthy muscles are those that have been worked, stressed, and pushed to their limit. Keeping muscles fit takes effort, which means regular training with weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise.
Studies show that regular exercise lowers blood pressure, increases bone density, and reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and some cancers. Exercise keeps you fit and healthy and makes you look and feel better.
